This is most definitely a GM based on font, 7k+160MPH, and the odometer setup. B ut that cluster is decidedly not factory.

Yeah, that font looks a bit like the strip speedos on 60s cars ... dad had a ‘64 Impala and a ‘69 Impala (no imagination, that man ...).
